Best Available Rate Guarantee
Greg guarantees the best rate available in the marketplace for the type of loan for which you have applied. Until you choose to lock your rate, if you produce a valid commitment letter and a good faith estimate with a better rate, with the same terms and conditions, Greg will either match that rate or pay you $300 once you have submitted a HUD-1 settlement statement and copy of your note stating that you closed at that rate.

2. Absolutely NO surprises at the closing...

No B.S. Closing Cost Guarantee
All lenders are required to give you a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) at the time of application. If your actual closing costs differ from this estimate by more than $100, Greg will pay you triple the difference.

You Be the Judge Guarantee
If Greg does not meet your expectations for quality service, Greg will credit $395 towards your closing costs (more than the cost of an average appraisal). He only asks that you complete a form identifying the reason for your dissatisfaction so that he may constructively use your feedback to improve his level of service.
